These terms and conditions govern the use of HR services provided by HR 360 Support Services, to clients engaging in business with the Company. By utilizing our Services, Clients agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
The Company offers various HR services including but not limited to:
Recruitment and staffing
Payroll management
Employee training and development
HR consultancy
Employee relations
Compliance management
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of Services by the Company.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices.
Payment
Clients agree to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for Services rendered.
Payment terms and methods shall be as mutually agreed upon by both parties and outlined in the Service Agreement or Invoice.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of providing or receiving Services.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to employee records, financial data, and business strategies.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Services provided by the Company shall remain the property of the Company.
Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to the Company without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the provision of Services.
The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments for Services rendered shall become immediately due and payable.
